The normal academic course load for students is 15-17 credits per semester. The minimum full-time academic load is 12 credits, and the normal maximum full-time load is 18 credits or 19 if one is a one-credit Student Development (SDV) course.
A student will only be permitted to petition and receive consideration for a retroactive drop, withdrawal, or refund for a course more than 20 days after the end of the semester or term if he or she has extenuating circumstances and provides appropriate documentation (e.g., medical records, death in family, etc.).

Registration. A universal registration process for all students has been implemented where a student must be prepared to pay tuition at the beginning of the term with one of the approved payment methods.
A Bursar Hold prevents all student services including registering for classes, obtaining grades, attaining enrollment/degree verifications, and accessing the University RecPlex until all outstanding balances are paid in full. A Transcript/Diploma Hold will only prevent you from receiving a diploma or an official transcript; this kind of hold will not prevent you from registering for class.
Open your Blackboard course and look for the " [+] plus sign" above the name of your course in the upper left hand corner, circled in the screen shot below:
Go to the "+" sign above the name of the course, select "tool link" in the drop down menu that appears:
Once you select tool link, type " Official Syllabus "#N##N#for the Name. Then click the drop down box next to "Achievements" and select "Syllabi".
Optional: If there is an existing Syllabus link from the previous semester, you can remove the link by clicking on the link and selecting “Delete” or “Hide Link".
Students and Faculty can then click the "Official Syllabus" link in the Course Menu and the Syllabi screen will appear:
Click the link with course name and the following screen will appear displaying the syllabi for the course.
