Internet History and Cache Sometimes, this stored data can create problems for Blackboard users trying to login to the system. If you are experiencing “Session Already Running” errors or are unable to view certain web content, try clearing your Internet history and/or cache.

If the link to your course name is not active and it says "unavailable" or "not currently available" next to the name, it means your instructor has not yet made the course available to students. To activate your Blackboard course, it first needs to have been set up in Campus Solutions by an administrator, and you must also be enrolled on it as a Primary Instructor. Check with your school/programme administrator if you can't see the Blackboard course listed in the staff portal.
Go to your course. Under Course Management, click on Customization, then Properties. Scroll down to Set Availability. Click Submit to save the change.
You are not registered for the course. Check the detailed class schedule to confirm whether you are registered for that course. The Canvas course site is not yet published by the instructor. A course site isn't visible to students until the instructor manually publishes the Canvas site.Aug 24, 2021
Use the restore function in the recycle bin to easily restore your page.Navigate to the Site Manager.Select Recycle Bin. Deleted pages are displayed with the most recently deleted items listed first.Select Restore to restore deleted pages. Your page is restored and listed at the bottom of your page list.
From within your course, navigate to the Course Management section at the bottom of the left-hand main menu. Expand Customization and click on Properties. The Course ID is listed under the Course Name.Feb 22, 2018
