Canvas is the home base for all Northeastern courses. Faculty and student resources are available to help maximize teaching and learning on the platform.
Account activation is provided via email which includes a unique token for account claim. If you need a unique token or if your token has expired, contact the IT Service Desk for support. Note: Students must provide their family members with access to view their account information.
NUID. A Northeastern ID (NUID) is a 9-digit number unique to each member of the Northeastern community. This number is used for most academic and financial transactions and can be found by logging in to the myNortheastern online portal.
Canvas is a course management system that supports online learning and teaching. It allows professors to post grades, information, and assignments online. It is being used by universities and colleges all over the world.
The username you use to log into your email on all platforms (desktop/laptop, web, mobile) is [myNortheastern username]@northeastern.edu.
Husky Bucks can be added Online (Minimum $5.00) Family members are able to add to your Husky Buck account as well (go to the eAccount portal and click on "Make a guest deposit", you will be asked to enter the last name of the student as well as the students ID number (it is a 7 digit number), then press "Contribute").

Enter https://my.northeastern.edu into a browser and log in. Your assigned section(s) will display for your selection. Choose the course you want to view from the list. Enter a grade for each student in the assigned drop down box.
Online students may request a card by emailing [email protected] from their Northeastern University email account. A non-expired government issued photo ID, such as a license or passport, must be presented to receive a Husky Card. Students may upload their photo using the myNEU portal.Nov 5, 2013
