Your username is your initials followed by three random characters. Call IT Tech Support 573-882-5000 if you don't know it. When you call, have your 8-digit myZou ID number ready.

Withdrawal from the university must be done through the academic advising unit to which the student is assigned. If it is more than 10 days prior to the start of the term, the student may withdraw (drop last class) him or herself through myZou.
