Norfolk State University is an institutional participant in NC-SARA (State Authorized Reciprocity Agreements). NS-SARA was extablished to help expand students' access to educational opportunities and ensure more efficient, consistent, and effective regulation of distance learning programs.
Master of Arts in Urban Education/ Administration and Supervision PreK-12 (Principal Preparation Program) is available to individuals who have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and three years of experience as a certified teacher prior to admission (provisional licensure is not accepted).
