To obtain a card, students must complete an online application and then go to the Student Services office at any of the six Continuing Education campuses. Bring a picture ID that includes your name, date of birth, and picture.

12 unitsIn general, one hour of lecture a week equals one unit of credit. What Makes a Full-Time Student? There is a range for the amount of units considered to be a full-time student. For many students on their parent's insurance, tax or other purposes, 12 units is usually considered full-time.

Grossmont College does not provide housing. The majority of students at our school live in apartments, either alone or with roommates. Rental rates can vary widely, depending on the type and location of the apartment.
Mesa College offers Associate Degrees in Arts and Sciences, Certificates in Performance and Achievement and one of the highest student transfer rates in California to four-year institutions. Mesa college now even offers a 4-year Bachelor's Degree of its own.
Housing for Mesa College students Mesa College is located in between 2 neighborhoods: Clairemont Mesa and Linda Vista. There are a several big apartment complexes with decent pricing a couple blocks from Mesa College, but since it's not a very lively neighborhood, we do not offer housing in this area.
