What happens if I don't register for summer classes on Blackboard?

Aug 31, 2021 · Student Blackboard accounts are created after a student is enrolled in a class. Blackboard updates every two hours, starting at 12:30. So if you're a new student and you just registered, wait a couple hours and try again. Have you graduated or taken some time off? Student Blackboard accounts are deactivated after one term without an enrollment.

OBTAINING YOUR MERCY COLLEGE CONNECT ACCOUNT. Log onto https://connect.mercy.edu. Click on "Get your Username and Password". Enter the required information. Click Submit. This will provide you with your username and pin number for Mercy Connect and Blackboard, the College's online course system.

What to do if you miss an exam?

If you miss an exam, you MUST contact your professor and gain approval to have the exam proctored in the Testing Office by the Testing Office staff. The Testing Office staff will agree to proctor your exam (s) after the testing schedule dates only in extraordinary circumstances that can be verified.
