Building blocks can provide both faculty and learners with supplemental information or functionality to complete coursework. The following policy describes the process for requesting and installing a building block. Many requests require the efforts and coordination of both C.A.L. and the Information Service and Management (I.S.M.) department. Therefore requests must be made prior to the projected application date in order to allow sufficient time for the C.A.L and I.S.M. teams to properly implement the external technology.
