Magnolia paint is a warm cream colour. It is currently the most widely used colour in households. Magnolia is often used in new homes because of its neutral tone and its ability to blend with almost any other colour to create a warm finish.
And don't forget: you can mix milk paint pigments to create any shade you want. Chalk paint, on the other hand, is better for creating a thicker, more even finish with a completely matte appearance. It can also create a realistic antique look when distressed, however, color options and color mixing is more limited.
Overall I am really impressed with this chalk paint and wax. I love that the paint is not super thick, which makes it really easy to use, and the application was super smooth. I was able to cover up the imperfections on the chair with just two coats, which gave a soft yet full coverage look.Oct 9, 2017
