The Associate in Arts degree is designed to prepare students with the courses needed for the freshman and sophomore levels of a bachelor’s degree. Upon completion, students have the choice of transferring to a four-year college or university. The Organizational Management program focuses on developing leaders through training in self-awareness, conflict resolution, and positive supervision. Designed for the working adult, it is an evening program. Career entry and advancement opportunities may be found in public, private, and not-for-profit organizations.
