To reset your password:Login in with your ULink userid and password.Review your challenge questions and answers.Click the Reset Password button.Enter and confirm your new password.
If you do not know your user ID, you can get your user ID using your Social Security Number and birthdate. Your ULink user ID will be the same as your GroupWise user ID. last name, followed by !, followed by the last four digits of your student id.
If you forgot your password, you can create a new one by providing your email. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your registered address. Click on the link and you will be taken to a page where you can then create a new password.
A PIN is a personal identification number. A UofL PIN can be set-up in ULink > personal information > PIN. Providing another person with your PIN and student ID number allows them to make an online payment using a credit card or e-check. To remove this access, simply change your PIN.
Cardinal Cards are issued to students enrolled in an Online Learning Academic Program in the current semester. Students must be registered in the current semester at least one day prior to getting a Cardinal Card. If your enrollment should lapse, you should retain your card.
