This will give basic instructions on how to post items on Blackboard. 1. Login in to Blackboard (https://courseware.ku.edu) and navigate to your course. 2. In the left-hand menu, find where you would like your material kept. Assuming you already created a Con- tent Area page titled Syllabus, let’s put it there. Select the link title Syllabus.
Login to Blackboard using your KU Online ID and password. Select the training course under My Announcements. From the Announcements page, select the Courses tab located in the upper-left corner. Under Course List, select the training course. Select the blue Assignments menu button on the left side of the page.

If you add or drop a class this should automatically update in Blackboard within approximately 24 hours of the change to Enroll & Pay.

A course link is a shortcut to an item, tool, or area in a course for quick access to relevant materials. A content folder is a content container.
A course must be made available before the enrolled students will be able to access the course and its content. An instructor may want to make a course unavailable during the building process or after a scheduled class has finished.
