Saddleback's online courses are powered by Blackboard (a Web-based course management system designed to allow students and faculty to participate in classes delivered online or use online materials and activities to complement face-to-face teaching).
Students can take certain classes for pass/no pass. The grading scale is A, B, C, D, F, P, and NP.
Saddleback College has been the first choice for higher education and training in South Orange County since 1968. Our more than 500,000 alumni can attest to the quality of our academic and career training programs that enable students to successfully achieve their educational, professional, and personal goals.
Saddleback College does not offer dormitories or on-campus housing. However, international students have two housing options: homestay or apartments.
Upper division courses are offered for junior and senior level credit.
However, under current repetition rules, students are permitted to enroll in a non-repeatable course up to a maximum of two additional times to replace a substandard grade (D, F, NP, or NC) or if they withdrew from the course and received a W on their transcript.
