Step 1: Login to MyPioneerPortal

Login to MyPioneerPortal using your RiverMail email address (@mail.irsc.edu) and password at https://irsc.okta.com/signin/login/default. If you need to reset your MyPioneerPortal password, you can do so at https://irsc.okta.com/signin/forgot-password .

Step 2: Click on the Blackboard Learn tile

Once logged into MyPioneerPortal, click on the “Blackboard Learn” tile. This will log you directly into Blackboard. If you do not see a “Blackboard Learn” tile, email [email protected] and provide your name, student ID number, RiverMail email address and ask for the Blackboard Learn tile to be added to your MyPioneerPortal dashboard.

Step 2: Follow the screen prompts

Follow the prompts on the screen for either the “Username option” (use your student ID for the username option) or the “Email address option” (use your RiverMail email address for the email option). A blank page with the date will populate after you have submitted your information on the Lost Password screen.

Step 3: Check your RiverMail

An email will be generated to your RiverMail email address (@mail.irsc.edu). Click the link in the email

Step 4: Update your password

Update your password at the Change Password screen. Make sure to enter the same password twice.

Step 5: Login to the Blackboard Mobile App or the Blackboard direct link

Login to the Blackboard Mobile App or the Blackboard direct link at https://irsc.blackboard.com/ using your student ID number, as the username, and your new password. You may be taken to either one of the Blackboard log in screens below after a new password has been selected.
