Click on Marks and Feedback on the left hand menu on the homepage of Blackboard. This will show all your courses, and show recently marked work. Click View all work on a course to go to the full feedback for an individual course (which is displayed in the same way as the method below).

You may need to scroll to the right if your columns are not all visible. Click on the drop down menu for the column. Click Hide from Students (on/off). (This will turn on the Hide from Student) A red circle will appear in column heading indicating the column is hidden.
The column will no longer be visible in the Grade Center. NOTE: If you want to hide the column from both the student's view and the instructor's view , you must hide the column from the students view first.
