• Click on Course Tools in the left pane.
• Click on Test, Surveys, & Pools.
• Click on Tests.
• Hover the mouse over the exam and then click the drop-down arrow and select Edit.
• Navigate to the question you wish to add the image.
• Click the drop-down arrow (contextual menu) and select Edit.
• Click in the Question Text area just below the question title.
