You can use ExamView to create assessments and import them into your Canvas courses.
Access your Blackboard course and go to Control Panel >> Tests, Surveys and Pools to locate the test(s) you would like to export. Mouse over to down arrow on the right of the test title to select Export from the drop down menu.

You can export just a quiz from a course. All questions that have been placed directly into the quiz will be included in the export. However, if you have used a Question Group to link to a Question Bank, the linked Question Bank will not be exported with your quiz.
