What is the Civitas Illume Student?

The Civitas’ “Illume Students” tool displays dynamic persistence predictions by filtered population (s) ( e.g., by campus, by terms completed, by demographics). It is a dashboard-type discovery tool that provides insights into at-risk populations by naming powerful predictors for those populations and displaying them in statistical plots and graphs.

What is NAU_CV Inspire for Advisors?

NAU_CV Inspire for Advisors: Provides access to the Civitas “Inspire for Advisors” tool to pull data per student or student lists; specific student characteristics related to persistence. Requesting person is an academic advisor, academic advising coordinator, Student Affairs director, or other position that has direct responsibility for student retention/persistence. No student staff can request this security role. Training is required. For Phase I of the implementation, groups of staff will be identified and invited to training. This security role must be paired with the Salesforce NAU_CRM Oversight Support security role. If you are not currently assigned the NAU_CRM Oversight Support role, you can request this role at the same time you request the Inspire for Advisors access.

What is a Civitas course?

The Civitas’ “Illume Courses” tool displays information about courses within which student performance is predictive of persistence and graduation. It is a dashboard-type discovery tool that provides insights into courses that may be obstacles to student persistence and graduation.

1. Create

It only takes 30 seconds to start your group card. Fill in the name of the lucky person receiving the card, and set a reminder so your group can know when to contribute their notes.

2. Customize

This is where the magic happens! This is the blank canvas where you paint with your words and write whatever you want. Optionally upload a photo or video, and select your favorite color scheme to make it uniquely yours.

3. Invite

Easily invite others to contribute via email and by copying the shareable link. Once your reminder to send arrives, put the email address of the recipient and voila, the day-making experience arrives in their inbox.
