On your course page, click the name of the Turnitin assignment. This will open the Submission inbox.In the Submission inbox, locate the row for the student submission you want to download. Click the Download icon ( ) on that row. The download will begin.
Please note that Turnitin will not accept zip files. Turnitin assignments can be set up with multiple parts requiring a submission for each part for the assignment to be considered complete.
