Select how you want the results to be presented upon download, i.e., By User, By Question and User. (See the examples below for more details.) Select to download all attempts—if an instructor has opted to have the student take the test multiple times then each instance of the test will be downloaded. Click to download results and save the file.
Go to Control Panel > Grade Centre > Full Grade Centre (or Tests), locate the Test for which you wish to download results and click on the editing arrow at the top of the column. From the pull down menu select View Grade Details. 4. On the screen that appears, find the submission near the bottom of the screen. To the right of the entry, click the button labeled Clear Attempt.
The Attempts tab lists all submitted attempts. You can view each attempt's submission date, feedback, and grading notes to yourself.
If you type a grade for the first attempt for an assignment that you have allowed two attempts for, this grade is called an override grade. If you go on to grade the second attempt from the Grade Assignment page, the override grade still supersedes the second attempt grade you assign.
The TXT file contains information about the submission and student comments. Both files have the student's username included in the file name for easy identification. The Assignment File Cleanup function allows you to select students and delete files associated with their submissions.
This will download the Test scores for each student, but without any indication of which questions were answered correctly.
If you wish, you can download a complete breakdown of marks per question, for each user.
You can obtain a breakdown of responses to each question, and use this information to identify questions which are not effective, and which may need to be edited before the test is used again.
