Login to Blackboard Learn MyMedia using your device’s browser and navigate to the area within your course where you wish to upload a video (ex Discussion Board, Blog, etc.). In the text/content editor, select Mashups. Select Kaltura Media from the menu. This will bring you into the Kaltura My Media area.
Embed your video in your text submission. On the content editor that appears, click the 'more' ( the three dots ( ... )) to expand the text box toolbar. Click on the Add Content ( the plus sign ( + )) icon to access your Kaltura My Media library:
In the Document editing window, click the + button at the far right of the rich text editor toolbar (Insert Content). Choose Insert/Edit LTI Item. Choose Kaltura Embed. This will display your My Media content, click the blue Embed button for the media you want to embed in the text window.
