User Statistics displays the average number of total users, students, and instructors per month and per day. To see a report of an individual user's activity across courses, run the User Activity Overview Report, available in the menu next to a username in the Users area of the Admin Panel.

Go to Courses on the Admin Panel and search for the course you want to edit. In the list of results in the Course View column, you can see the view for each course. In the course's menu, select Edit, and then choose the course view. A course must be unavailable to change the course view option.
What you can do in Blackboard Learn depends upon the security privileges granted to your user account. Administrators grant security privileges to users by creating roles and assigning those roles to user accounts. You have access to all of the features in Blackboard Learn that your roles allow.
To preserve user account information while preventing the user from logging into Blackboard Learn, set the user account to the Unavailable state. This maintains the user's account data, course enrollments, and other data, but prevents the user from participating in any courses.
The integration user is used only to facilitate Snapshot operations. You can't use this account to log in through the GUI. It does not appear in any lists of users on the GUI. To change the password for this account, use the Integration Password feature available on the Administrator Panel.
The System Administrator account has full Blackboard Learn administrator privileges. This account and the root_admin account are the only two accounts that can log in until more users are created.

Course Activity Overview display s overall activity within a single course, sorted by student and date. Data includes the total and average time spent per user and the total amount of activity the user had in the course.
"To be honest, it's rare that a student actually hits "submit" on a quiz or test and it doesn't go through. Blackboard typically auto-saves quiz questions as the student is taking them so that the data isn't lost.
This report displays information showing how a single Blackboard Learn Course performs against a selected set of goals. Performance targets and a range of acceptable performance for the course can be determined when running the report. Data includes averages for the entire course as well as break downs for individual students and goals.
Whether you want to list some or all users in your course or enroll a new user, you will start by going to the Users and Groups link under the Control Panel. Use the pulldown to choose Users. If you want to separate your students into groups within your course, choose Groups. More information on specific features within Users and Groups is below.
From the Users screen, you can either search for specific users in your course, list all the users in your course, or enroll a new user.
