You can stop now and click Submit to save your changes. To the left of the semester Term Name click the checkbox to un-check any semester you want hidden.
View courses associated with terms. On the Terms page, open the term's menu and select View Courses. Or, select the number in the Courses column. The Courses for term page shows all courses associated with a term along with other info, such as course name, date created, and the data source key.

When you create a course, you can control the length of time a course is active. A course can be active continuously, between select dates, or for an amount of time from enrollment. The course's start and end dates control where it appears on the Courses page:
Terms are defined time periods meant to help institutions organize courses according to the academic calendar. You can add courses to a term so availability options are automatic based on the term's settings.

The Grade Center, accessible only to instructors and TAs, is accessed in the Course Control Panel at the bottom of the left side menu. You can expand or collapse the Grade Center main menu by clicking “Grade Center” in the Control Panel. (Note: students are only able to see their own grades by clicking My Grades in their side menu.)
Can’t see the column titles while scrolling sideways#N#A frustrating problem when working in the Full Grade Center grid is that, depending on your screen size, you may not be able to see both the column names and the bottom scrollbar at the same time.
Backing up the Grade Center is important to do regularly, especially before editing columns.
