What Happens After a Course End Date?

When your course concludes is based on your course’s end date, courses are moved from " Current Enrollments " to " Past Enrollments ."

Default Level of Access After the End Date

Once the course’s set end date is reached, the course will be available for students to view in read-only form for one year. Students and instructors will not be able to edit or submit assignments, change due dates, upload files, change course settings, or otherwise interact with the course.

How to Choose a Different Level of Student Access

While instructors cannot change the level of access available after the course concludes, instructors are able to edit the course before the course conclusion date is reached.

Who is a student employee?

If you received a pay check from the San Diego Community College District (City, Mesa, or Miramar College or Continuing Education) you are considered a student employee. This includes, but is not limited to: student ambassadors, Federal Work-Study, CalWORKs Work-Study, and Student Trustees.

Transition to mySDCCD

The transition to mySDCCD has been occurring throughout the year; All Financial Aid activity is tracked in my SDCCD. Spring 2019 students will continue to use their CSID (7 digits) to login to Reg-e for the Spring 2019 semester (including Transcripts).
