If you may need to completely restore the course, including student submissions and grades, archiving is the best option. If you just want to be able to reuse specific files, downloading the course files is the best bet.

The Windows version of the Blackboard app is no longer supported and was removed from the Microsoft Store on December 31, 2019. The iOS and Android versions of the app are supported and get regular updates.

Session owners, course instructors, and administrators can always download recordings. The Allow recording downloads check box lets others download the recording. Select this option to let your attendees and students download recordings. You can turn this setting on after the session has ended.
