To delete an individual course, open the course's menu and select Delete. To delete multiple courses, select the check box next to the course folder and select Delete at the top of the results list. When a user is deleted from Blackboard Learn, the user is not automatically removed from the Content Collection.

In Blackboard, click on the My Courses tab. Your classes should appear under Courses in which you are enrolled. Note the WebPrepReq course, is the class we are going to hide in these instructions. Click on the Gear symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the Course List box. Click to uncheck the checkbox under Course Name next to the course you would like to hide.
Click on the drop down menu next to Semester, and select the right semester. Your course listing will appear. Click on Website link. Click on "Make the course visible to students on Blackboard". Your course will be visible to your students in the next two hours on the odd hours.

It is important to clean up the Content Collection on a regular basis, such as at the end of each semester. As courses, organizations, and users are deleted from Blackboard Learn, administrators also need to remove them from the Content Collection.
Blackboard Learn provides several reports to help you monitor user activity in forums, groups, and content areas associated with courses. You can also view reports to see which course items are aligned with specific course standards or objectives.
When you create a course, Blackboard Learn requires only two course properties: a course name and a course ID . However, several other course properties control important aspects of courses, such as when they're available, whether guest users are permitted, and where the course appears in the course catalog.
Instead, it becomes a distinct course. The course no longer is associated with the merged set, and it contains no material from its former master course. The separated course retains both its content and enrollments from the moment it was separated out.
