The goal here is to enable Adaptive Release on the Quiz A and Quiz B links, so that a student has to first submit an assignment to the Week 1 Assignment link before being able to take either Quiz A or Quiz B. The quiz that a student is able to take will be based on how high or low the student scored on the Week 1 Assignment.
Create and manage courses. In Blackboard Learn, you can create courses in several ways. If you have appropriate privileges, you can create new courses, copy existing courses, create multiple courses at once with a batch file, and restore and import courses—all from the Administrator Panel. February 2022: The February release includes several new features. Pronoun Customisation now includes a new field so that users can include pronunciation and even add a short audio clip. Granular course copy in an Ultra course now includes content from Original courses.
Go to Control Panel > Users and Groups > Users. Hover over your username, click on the editing arrow which appears, and select Change User's Availability in Course. Change Available (this course only) from Yes to No. Press Submit to save the change.Jul 31, 2018

The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student's enrollment. The student may have a hold on his/her record.
The note “private” in your course title means that the course has not yet been made available to your students. To make your course available, follow the How to Make Your Course Available to Students instructions.Dec 26, 2020
Open the More menu for the course room. Select Lock course room.
To edit the course view for a specific course, edit the course settings. Go to Courses on the Admin Panel and search for the course you want to edit. In the list of results in the Course View column, you can see the view for each course. In the course's menu, select Edit, and then choose the course view.

You can allow users and guests to open and browse the course catalog in the Ultra experience. Available courses in the Original Course View appear in the course catalog. Users can open the courses, view contents, and self-enroll if allowed.

Student access to summer semester courses ends on October 1. Student access to fall semester courses ends on February 1. Student access to spring semester courses ends on July 1. If students would like to see their final course grades for previous semesters, they can view their official grade reports on OASIS or MyUSC.

Blackboard 9 introduces a new content page type, Course Module Pages. Module Pages contain information for instructors and students about new content and due dates for the current course. While Modlule Pages may be individually created as needed, the Course Home Page is a module page that is automatically created for all new course shells.
Course shells created after the switch to Blackboard 9 will automatically include a Home Page within the course. The Home Page is set as the Course Entry Point by default. If you want another page to be Course Entry Point, see Course Design Settings.
Confused by the names?#N#Modules Pages are new to Blackboard. Don't confuse them with Learning Modules or Course Modules.
