The recording is only available to group members and instructors/TAs via the group's Collaborate page. Students cannot share a link or download the recording. Only the instructor/TA has the ability to get a link to the recording, edit the name, and delete the recording.Jan 28, 2021

The recording link available in the My Recordings page (by copying it from the Play button) is an internal link usable only by the session owner when logged in to the SAS - it can't be used by others to play recordings.
Once you have created a virtual room with Collaborate, you can now enter the session.

Once the integration is set up, you can start the process of auto-generating closed captions for your Blackboard recordings.
From Collaborate scheduler, select Recordings to find the recording you want to be captioned.
Lastly, you’ll want to select the recording and click the CC button to reveal a dropdown menu.
