Go to where you want the hyperlink. Type in what you want the area to say. Highlight what you want to be the link, then click the little link icon. In the Insert/Edit Link box that pops up, put the full address (including the http://) to where you want the link to go. Then, click the arrow beside Target and select Open in New Window (_blank).
