Click the title link of the discussion thread. Click the title link of the the post. Click Reply. Enter a Message. If you want to attach a file, click Browse My Computer, select your file, and click Open. Click Submit to finish your reply post or click Save Draft to store a draft of the post.

Draft posts
This option saves your comments and files on the page. To access your drafts, return to the forum page and set it to List View. Access the Display menu and select Drafts Only to view the saved post. Select the draft's title to open the Thread page.
