Dec 09, 2021 · There is a way to transfer your grade center grades to UAConnect for easy upload! You display your grade as a letter, indicate in Blackboard which grade column you want to transfer, tell Blackboard to extract those grades, then go to UAConnect, select grades as usual, and use the yellow button marked “Upload from Bb” to complete the transfer.

A session called Dynamic Dated Session is associated with all three terms. To get started, you first need to determine where you want the links to appear in Blackboard. You can put it in your course content, or you may want to create a Content Area for these assessments. For example, you may want to call the area Chapter Quizzes.
Once this area is created you can start adding your assessment links. To do this, click on ‘Build Content’ and then ‘Web Link.’
To create the connection, click on the link that you just created. You will be directed to a page that will allow you to do three connections: Grade Sync, Resource Launch, or Path Launch.
A letter grade is required to transfer grades. If you have the column set to show a number (i.e. score or percentage) the grades will not transfer. Tip: Name the column you want to transfer so that it is easy to identify in the full list of Grade Center columns in a future step (e.g. Final Grade, Early Progress Grade, UAConnect Grade).
Important: Please check to make sure that you are viewing the correct term on UAConnect. If the term is not correct, click on the green change term button at the top of the page.
Log into your Blackboard course and click on the Discussion Board link in the course menu.

With graded discussions, instructors can assess students' ability to: think critically, express their thoughts in a clear way, and communicate with others. Instructors can show a student where their contributions excel and where they can improve by assigning them a grade. Discussion boards also create a permanent record of participation.
