Go into your Blackboard course or Organization, turn the Edit Mode ON Click on the Content Area you wish to add an Item Hover you mouse over Build Content, and click on Item from the drop-down menu Enter the Name (required), Text (optional), and click on Browse My Computer to select a file to upload from your local computer.
