To view the recorded session, click the “Blackboard Collaborate” under the “Course Tools” link on the left side main menu in your course. Then click “Recordings” to see all your recorded sessions. Note: It takes time for the extraction process for the recording to complete.

Open the Menu, and select Recordings. Recordings won’t be available immediately after the session as they can take a while to process, so if you check back an hour or two after your session, you should see it appear. You can also change the filter to see all recordings.

Jan 11, 2022 · This document will show you how to find Zoom recordings for your courses. Log into Blackboard and go to the course you want to find the recording for. Instructions for Courses that have Zoom Sessions Integrated. In the Course Menu, either click on the Course Zoom Room link or Tools. Note: not all instructors add a link for Zoom in the menu.
You can have multiple recordings during one session. If you decide to continue recording a session after you have stopped, a new recording is saved and added to the list of recordings for that session.
You can download chat transcripts from the Recording menu. Chat Recordings and transcripts are only available in the HTML5 recording player. Moderators can also make chat messages in the recording anonymous from the session settings. This needs to be done before starting the live session and recording it.
Session owners, course instructors, and administrators can always download recordings. The Allow recording downloads check box lets others download the recording. Select this option to let your attendees and students download recordings. You can turn this setting on after the session has ended.
In the Course Menu, either click on the Zoom Class Sessions link or Tools .
If your course does not have the Zoom webpage integrated, links for recorded Zoom sessions must be provided by the instructor of the course. Check with your instructor if you are not able to find the links.
You can view recordings in courses you are enrolled in. You may be able to download recordings. Moderators must allow session recording downloads for each session.
The recording player has the same look and feel as your Collaborate session. There is a Recording menu similar to the Session menu in your live sessions and recording playback controls.
Open the Chat panel at the bottom right of your screen to see the complete chat history of the recorded session.
If the moderator has allowed session recording downloads, you can download recordings and transcripts from the recording player Recording menu.

You can also use Collaborate Ultra from within a meeting at any time. Once complete, your students can access it via a link in your Blackboard course. The recordings can be shared publicly or downloaded by the instructor to edit, archive, or upload to another video streaming service.
Please note that recordings will not appear immediately. They can take at least as long as the duration of the original recording to be displayed. In times of high use, live sessions are given priority over recording processing. As such, recordings can sometimes take a few hours to appear in your recording list.
