When you stop a recording, you will not maintain your current place in the recording. The recording returns to the beginning. From the Playback menu, point to Player and click Stop.

How do I view Blackboard video lectures?

Certain video lectures available in Blackboard are in .pdf format. These lectures must be viewed using Acrobat Reader software. If you only see a white screen when trying to view a lecture, confirm that Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader are installed on your computer.
