Explore the Courses page. From the list where your name appears, you can view a list of your courses. On the Courses page, you can access all of your courses. Your institution controls the page that appears after you log in.
Allow guest and observer access On the Control Panel, expand the Customization section and select Guest and Observer Access. On the Guest and Observer Access page, select Yes for Allow Guests and Allow Observers.
In the list where your name appears, select Organizations to view your list. The organization leader and your institution manage enrollments, but you may be allowed to self-enroll. Contact the organization leader about enrollment. After you're enrolled, only the leader or an administrator can unenroll you.
Select Course, Course Group, Organization or Organization Group. Choose a group by selecting the appropriate check boxes. Select Submit to add them to the recipient list. Select Add Email Address to manually type an email address.

Course Builder. The Course Builder role has access to most areas of the course. This role is appropriate for an assistant who shouldn't have access to student grades. If the course is unavailable to students, a course builder can still access the course. The course builder can't remove an instructor from a course.
Key differences between courses and organizations Courses are created for each course code. The students are added automatically to the course once they are registered for teaching in Student Web. Organizations, on the other hand, are only created by request.
When you hover your mouse over the Blackboard Community, you will see a down arrow after the community. Click on the arrow. You will see the Enroll option. Click on Enroll to join the Blackboard Community.

You can change a user's role in a course at any time. For example, if an instructor needs an additional assistant during the term, you can change a user's role from Student to Teaching Assistant for that course.
If you have students who need to access a course outside of the normal term, you can override their enrollments. They'll have access to the course until the date you set.
Removing users from a course doesn't delete the users from Blackboard Learn. After you remove a user from a course, the user can no longer access course materials or user interactions. The user is no longer enrolled in the course. You can't automatically restore users to courses after you remove them.
