To delete an individual course, open the course's menu and select Delete. To delete multiple courses, select the check box next to the course folder and select Delete at the top of the results list. When a user is deleted from Blackboard Learn, the user is not automatically removed from the Content Collection.

If it has been more than 24 hours since you dropped a class, then you should assume the system does not recognize the class as officially dropped.
