Open your course in Blackboard
Ensure Edit Mode is ON
Under the Control Panel, click Course Tools
Click Wikis
On the Wikis listing page, click Create Wiki on the Action Bar
On the Create Wiki page, type a Name. This is a mandatory field
Type optional instructions
Select the Yes option to make the wiki available to the students
