Click the View course & institution tools link, then click the plus sign (+) next to eReserves. Once the link has been created, you can move it anywhere in your list of content as well as into a folder or module by clicking and dragging on the arrows on the right side of the link (the arrows appear when your cursor is over the link).

Try the Library link on the course menu of your Blackboard course. It should take you to the CSI Library Homepage (CSI Blackboard template for Spring 2022 has made the switch). However, if you copy your course from the previous semester, the Library link will take you to this page.
You and students can now access Course Reserves materials and place requests through this link. To access it, simply select “Course Reserves” in the left-hand navigation bar, then click on the link you created beside the icon of the bow and arrow.
Find course archives in the Content Collection You can find and download copies of archived courses in the Blackboard Learn user interface. In the Content Management menu on the Admin Panel, select Manage Content. Select internal > autoArchive. Course archives are stored in folders.

In the Content Collection, go to the folder that contains the files or folders you want to download. Select the files and folders to download. Select the Download Package button. You can also find the Download Package option in the item's menu.
The first time the instructor, teaching assistant, or course builder accesses the Content Collection in a new course, the system automatically creates a corresponding course folder within eReserves.
When a course is unavailable, a user's role determine whether or not they can see the eReserves folder. Instructors, course builders, and teaching assistants can see the folder whether the course is available or unavailable. Students can only see the eReserves course folder when the course is available.
If a course is deleted from Blackboard Learn, the eReserves folder and all of its content remains. An administrator can use the Content Orphaned by Location report to discover and delete the content.

Once your eReserves materials are posted by the library, you and your students can access the eReserves materials within your Blackboard course. You can share these instructions with your students to explain how to access eReserves.
You can make it easier for students to find and access eReserves by adding a link to your Course Content (in Ultra Course View) or on your course menu (in Original Course View). This is particularly important for Original Course View if you prefer to hide the Tools link on your course menu.
