In a course, you can access your Course Grades page on the navigation bar. Select the Gradebook icon to view the grades that your instructor posted. Your Overall Grade calculates your performance to date. Select the grade pill to learn more about how your overall grade is calculated. Your instructor may choose not to add an overall grade.

Nothing really happens to you except that you have to pass the remaining 3 quarters to get credit for the subjects you are taking to pass on to the next grade. Should you fail another quarter, then depending on your school district policy, you have another semester two to make up the failed grades to pass.
To calculate a test grade, start by counting the number of questions that were answered correctly on the test. Then, divide that number by the total number of questions that were on the test. Finally, multiply the number you get by 100 to find out the test grade as a percentage.

The Grade Center is accessed from the Control Panel in any Blackboard course. The Blackboard Instructor app helps you easily identify courses where you need to grade student submissions. Instructors and graders can review, annotate, grade, and publish the grades to students.
The first block of information in the course overview is the Needs Attention section. This section shows assignments with submissions ready to grade or post. You can tap an item to start grading.
