To access Blackboard Learn, students and instructors must use their UIC NetID (do not append @uic.edu after the NetID) and password. Instructors will see their Blackboard course sites 90 days prior to the start of every semester.
Access the Blackboard course you want to copy. In the Control Panel, click Packages and Utilities > Course Copy. Click the Browse button to view a list of your courses. In the popup window that appears, select the appropriate course ID from your list of courses and click Submit.
After you complete a course, your student-generated content, including submissions and blogs, will be periodically removed from Blackboard after 12 months.
Select the Refresh button in the upper-right corner to display for any changes that were made to the course since date management was last run. In an item's row, select the date or edit icon to change the date. Select one, multiple, or all items in the list and select Adjust Dates to batch adjust dates.
