I have created an excel sheet with all the emails for LOE teachers for you to use to create groups for emails. You can also upload this from your email, but I also did it for you. You can create groups for your grade level, families, admin, SpEd Team, etc. Simply copy and paste the email address of the intended people and create a "group".

For all of you who create newsletters, this would be a great way to communicate to your families, instead of using paper. The families that have provided you with an email address will receive flyers electronically, and those that haven't can get the paper version. However, most families do have an email, even if they don't have a computer.
