Within a Blackboard Content area, choose Build Content, Create Item. In the text area, switch to HTML view. This will bring up a small pop-up window. Paste the embed code from your external source in this window.
1. Check that Edit Mode is turned ON . This can be switched by clicking ON or OFF.
2. Choose the Content Area into which you wish to add your content. All the content areas work in the same way, if you have renamed or added content areas to your Blackboard course the screenshot above may vary from what you see.
6. Enter a description of the link if you wish. Here you could put the link in context and explain why it is useful.
7. If you wish you may attach files from your computer or your course.
To add a link to a course tool, hover over the Add Menu Item button (the + sign).
You will now see a dialog box similar to the one in the image above labeled Add Tool Link:
Navigate to Course Content in the app and select a test or assignment. You can see the assessment's details, such as due dates, the number of attempts allowed, and whether it's visible students.
Select a test or assignment and tap the Settings icon to change settings such as the visibility to students, number of attempts, or due date. For more options, tap EDIT ON WEB to open the settings panel in a mobile browser.
