The user is no longer enrolled in the course. You can't automatically restore users to courses after you remove them. However, you can enroll users again. On the Administrator Panel in the Courses section, select Courses. Search for a course. On the Courses page, open the course's menu and select Enrollments. The list of enrolled users appears.

You can log into Blackboard Learn by using your CSU, Chico Credentials or by logging into the Portal and clicking the link for "Blackboard." If you're still unable to access Blackboard learn, contact ITSS for help.
To change the courses you see listed in Blackboard, find the section titled My Bb Learn Courses, click the settings gear, and select the courses you wish to view from the list . Click Submit to save and your selected courses should now appear under My Bb Learn Courses. If you cannot see all your enrolled courses in Blackboard Learn, contact ITSS for help.
Messages are a course-specific communication tool. That means that they exists solely within the confines of the course you are creating the message in. Email uses WildcatMail (for students) and Exchange (for faculty). It will forward a copy of the email to your inbox and the recipient's inbox.
Blackboard Learn does not keep a copy of sent emails. When you send an email, you will receive a copy in your WildcatMail inbox. If you have set up mail forwarding with WildcatMail, then the message should be in the forwarded email inbox.

The course instructor has the ability to reopen or extend the due date for an assignment or quiz. If you need a submission reopened or extended, contact the professor of the course. Extending the due date or reopening the quiz or assignment will be up to the instructors discretion.
It depends upon which program you decide to complete. Certificates can be completed in two years or less. Degree completion programs can take as little as two years or as much as four years or more to complete. It really depends on how many courses you take each semester.
Off-campus students are expected to meet the same academic requirements as on-campus students. It is important to note online students are expected to keep up with the course on a weekly basis starting with the first week of the semester. The courses are not self-paced.
All students will use their Wildcat ID to access emails and log into their class in Blackboard Learn. Open University students will be sent their Wildcat ID in their class registration confirmation email, which should be kept for future reference.
