Only work here as a last resort!

Blackboard has so much potential to be a good workplace but there is so much that needs to change. First, the chance of you getting a promotion or raise is slim to none. Raises are only offered on a company wide level.

It is okay. Sometimes, they cut your hours because they are on a budget. The callers can be difficult sometimes but that is just working in customer service.

I enjoyed my time with Blackboard. It's a pretty stress free environment. Training isn't awesome but you can pretty much work on your own once you get on the center floor. Nobody is watching over your shoulders all day. Schedules are flexible. Reasonable breaks and lunches.
