For example, you may need to know what grades you must earn to hit a 3.0 Cumulative GPA. Below is the necessary information to figure out how to answer these types of questions.

In the Grade Center, you can calculate grades with calculated columns. Calculated columns combine data from multiple columns to attain performance results. You can share these results with students and your institution. You can include a calculated column when you create another calculated column.

To calculate your current letter grade, divide the points earned by the points possible. Using the example, 380 divided by 536 equals 0.71. To turn this into a percentage multiply the answer by 100 or move the decimal point over two places. This equals 71 or 71%.
