Locate the recording to be shared and select the Recording Options button. Click Copy Link. Access the course and content area you want to share the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Recording. Select Build Content from the top of the page. Then, select Web Link from the drop down menu.
These recordings also can be shared with others by distributing the recording link. Recording links can be copied for distribution to others or simply opened to play recordings. Recording links can be accessed through the following channels: My Recordings page; Recording or Recording Conversion notification email; Meeting, Drop-in, or Course utility

Select the Menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the Collaborate Ultra window. Select Recordings from the drop-down menu. Locate the recording to be shared and select the Recording Options button. Click Copy Link.

You can view recordings in courses you are enrolled in. You may be able to download recordings. Moderators must allow session recording downloads for each session. Go to Collaborate, open the Menu, and select Recordings or View all recordings.
