In the list of results in the Course View column, you can see the view for each course. In the course's menu, select Edit, and then choose the course view. A course must be unavailable to change the course view option. This restriction prevents data loss during conversion.

On the Roster page, access your preview user's menu. Select Edit member information to open the Member Information panel. Select the Remove Member icon to remove your preview user from your course. Your institution controls if you can remove members.
If you archive a course with a preview user and activity, the restored course won't include the preview user or grades and attempts. The preview user's discussions, messages, and conversations do remain. If you included the preview user in groups, membership is removed, but the preview user's conversations remain.
You can return to the instructor view at any time. For example, you may find some content to update. Your preview user and activity remain in the course. Your preview user is NOT removed from your course unless you remove the user from the roster.
1. From your course’s Control Panel, expand the Grade Centre menu and choose Full Grade Centre.
2. Within the Grade Centre you will see a column corresponding to any assignments you have created.
4. To view an individual student’s submission first identify the cell where the student’s row corresponds with the assignment column and hover you mouse over it.
7. The Grade Details screen summarises a number of details about the submission such as when it was made, how many attempts have been submitted, and any feedback and scores that have already been entered.
14. Find the column that corresponds to your assignment and hover your mouse pointer over the name of the assignment at the top of the column. Click on the action button.
16. Select the students whose submissions you wish to download by placing a tick in the box beside their name. Note that you may select all by ticking the box at the top of the column as shown in the screenshot.
19. A zip file containing the assignments will be made available to you to download.
