May 17, 2017 · I am deaf and legally blind and I can’t see to write on whiteboard apps in my tablet PC. I am looking for blackboard apps or black chalkboard apps in Windows Store as free apps. I tried “Blackboard” in search box but Windows Store can’t find Blackboard apps.
