The Performance Dashboard provides instructors with a window into all types of user activity in a course or organization. All users enrolled in the course are listed, with pertinent information about each user's progress and activity in the course.
The control panel in Blackboard provides you with access to a suite of course management tools. You can access the control panel from inside any Blackboard course underneath the left hand customisable navigation panel and just underneath “course management” section.
Once you have logged in to Blackboard, the Global Navigation Menu is always located in the upper right-hand corner of the display.
