To attach a file that is already in the Blackboard file system choose 'Browse Course' instead of 'Browse My Computer'. This will take you directly to the file system described in #8. Place a checkmark in the box by the file you wish to attach. Click submit. Now the file and file name is shown as ready to attach to the ITEM.
There are problems with adding attachments to student email or uploading files in Blackboard with the internet browsers Edge, Internet Explorer, and Safari.
